REPAIR WORKSPACE – DEPOSIT

Dedicated equipment repair workspace (including load shifting or transfers)
Allows for ultra/extra long semi truck + 53′ trailer trucks 90′ or more to perform repairs
NO FLUIDS or MAJOR MECHANICAL WORK
Hours of availability – 7 days per week:
$2,500.00 is for deposit and reservation of workspace paid in advance
7:00 am to 5:00 pm @ $200 per hour
5:00 pm to 10:00 pm @ $300 per hour
Saturday & Sunday $300.00 per hour 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
5:00 pm to 10:00 pm @ $400 per hour
Gate Fee (After Hours / Weekends) $175.00 per occurrence

Additional vehicles and equipment allowed within the workspace
Must provide repair plan, contractor details, and proof of insurance prior to entry
